I made this as a booking incentive for a workshop I did. I got the pinwheel pattern from the Stampin' Up! demonstrator site. I used the scalloped punch for the flowers and Hershey kisses for the middle of the flowers. Added some fun ribbon to the sides of the bucket and to the stems of the flowers. It was so much fun to make and the girls got a kick out of it!! Let me know what you think!
