Well this is what I will be doing at my next craft day class. It's a name badge holder, well 6 of them to be exact tied together by ribbons and embellished. It's super easy!! And so much fun to make!!

Faux Beaded Earrings!!

I made these for a class I will be having next week, I will be teaching my members how to make beads out of SU paper! All you do is roll up a 1/2" X 6" strip of SU scrapbooking paper, use a little glue to keep the paper together while you roll the strip up using a toothpick, try to make it as tight as you can। Then you take Modge Podge and put a coat on the outside of the rolled up piece of paper। Let dry। Then roll it onto a versamark ink pad, then into some clear Embossing powder, and then take a heat gun to it until the powder has melted। While it's still tacky, roll it back in the EP and repeat step, try to do 3 or 4 layers of EP on the bead. This will give it a ceramic look. Let it set and cool. Then take it off the toothpick, and use it to make your earrings. It's really easy! And fun to make too!

Spring Bucket

I made this as a booking incentive for a workshop I did. I got the pinwheel pattern from the Stampin' Up! demonstrator site. I used the scalloped punch for the flowers and Hershey kisses for the middle of the flowers. Added some fun ribbon to the sides of the bucket and to the stems of the flowers. It was so much fun to make and the girls got a kick out of it!!

I just love this Time Well Spent Stamp set by Stampin' Up! It's so versatal!
Here's another card I did for a class last month. I used Wild Quasabi, Taken with Teal, Whisper White and Sky Blue. I also embellished it a bit with some doodles as you can see. I used gold gel pen and the Wild Quasabi marker to make it.
Everyone enjoyed making it! And were very proud of to take it home with them!

Mystery Hostess Box Idea...

Well I'm about to start my very first monthly club, and I'm busy getting things done for my first meeting!

I just made this little box, that I plan on using for the "Mystery Hostess" drawing that I will be holding each month at each meeting. I thought I would make a special box for the drawing to make it more exciting for the girls!! Let me know what you think!

I used Stampin' Up! hostess stamp set "Time well Spent" along with some misc. scrapbook papers I had laying around ha. And the box I got from the dollar store! So you can't beat that. I decopodged the whole thing and added some cute ribbon around the lid. I'm really happy with how it came out!
